Energy Development

A career of meeting America’s energy needs.

In 2022 Michael Dwinnell co-founded Mozart Devco LLC, a developer of commercial hydrogen projects. Mozart’s upstream operations include projects in thermochemical conversion processing a wide range of waste streams to extract hydrogen in scalable solutions.

Mr. Dwinnell concurrently serves on the North American Hydrogen Technology Advisory Board, is serving his second term as Executive Director of the Texas Hydrogen Association, and was recently an Advisory Board member for Aurum Capital Connects. His recent projects include successfully co-founding and launching an energy SPAC on NASDAQ (2020).

Refitting Platforms.

Michael is a leading advocate for re-purposing oil and gas well sites as they reach reservoir depletion levels to create a 2nd stream of revenues. For workers and stakeholders alike - a transition to renewable power generation breathes new revenue life into depleted oil and gas fields - onshore and off.

Installing Arrays.

Re-purposing oil fields of depleted oil and gas wells throughout the world with solar and wind systems are prime examples of generating a 2nd revenue stream for farmers, ranchers, and royalty owners.

Erecting Turbines.

Beginning with the re-powering and development of wind, solar, and waste-to-hydrogen production facilities, opportunities abound for creating long-term, well-paying jobs in rural and urban areas.

Michael Dwinnell developed the first Remote Drillsite Broadcast System in 1989 (RDBS) and, in 2007, with an incredible team of colleagues, began live video streaming services from drilling rigs via satellite. With the RDBS, workers and stakeholders were able to see the live operations on a drilling rig from their laptops and computers. Today of course we have the smartphones and video streaming services but in remote areas satellite direct streaming is still a necessity.
